About Sarah Norwood, NP

Sarah Norwood, NP, believes the most important aspect of caring for patients is to honor them in all that she does. She strives to treat each patient and family with the utmost dignity in every care sphere. Her desire is to be a great listener and focus her work as an advisor as patients recover and learn to manage a new normal through the episode of care.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University of Colorado in 2008. Her graduate studies included a Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt School of Nursing in 2012, followed by a specialized training program at National Institute of First Assisting in 2017.

Sarah specializes in helping patients manage acute and chronic vascular issues including critical limb ischemia, claudication, carotid occlusive disease, aortic dissection, abdominal aortic aneurysm and hemodialysis access. Additionally, she works alongside surgeons for all procedurals offered at the practice.

When not working with patients, Sarah enjoys gardening, renovating her 50's ranch home, scrapbooking, and skiing. She also loves spending time with her son and two dogs, Angus and Kobe.
