The program is designed to develop the resident’s expertise in a variety of critical care settings and provide the necessary skills to manage medical emergencies, conduct independent quality improvement and research projects, and teach concepts in critical care to all levels of learners with faculty support.

Chris graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 2014, completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the University of Colorado Hospital, and went on to complete his PGY2 Critical Care Residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Chris moved back to Colorado to work as an ICU pharmacist at the University of Colorado Hospital before joining St. Anthony Hospital in 2019 as a neuro-trauma critical care pharmacist.

Chris’s research interests are in trauma resuscitation, pain, agitation and delirium, anticoagulation reversal, neurocritical care, quality improvement, and medication safety. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, basketball, skiing, and visiting family in Colorado and Wisconsin.

Andrea Lielkoks was born and raised in Grand Junction, Colorado before attending the University of Montana for her undergraduate studies and professional education.

Andrea completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at St. Anthony Hospital and is thrilled to be completing her PGY2 here as well.

She is passionate about many areas within critical care including neurocritical care, trauma, interdisciplinary education and academia. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys being outdoors (running, rock climbing, and hiking primarily), trying new breweries, baking with her fiancée and reading.
