Centura Health helps consumer and patients understand prices.

Our goal is to provide meaningful and reliable information to help you understand prices in advance of the care you will receive from Centura Health. 

The best way for Centura Health to help you know your cost for common procedures and services rendered by Centura Health is to request a custom estimate for the care you anticipate receiving.

Get a Custom Estimate

When requesting a custom estimate, we will ask you for information needed to generate that estimate. It is important you provide all requested information, including information about your insurance from your insurance ID card, the location from which you will receive care, the provider or physician who will provide the care, and your benefits available through your insurance company. Upon receipt of all needed information, a Custom Estimate will be provided to you.

Actual prices on your final bill may vary from this information based on the particular hospital/clinic providing the services, the patient’s medical condition, unknown circumstances or complications, final diagnosis, and recommended treatment ordered by the attending physician(s). Please be advised that while we attempt to estimate the prices of care as accurately as possible, there may be significant variation between the prices listed and the actual price reflected on your final bill. Understand your bill.

There are certain services, chronic conditions or on-going care for which Centura Health may not be able to provide customized pricing without additional clinical information from your physician.


Effective January 1, 2021, CMS requires hospitals to make available a list of their current standard charges, cash prices of services for self-pay and uninsured patients, insured patient out-of-pocket pricing on a select group of common services, payor specific contract rates for services and the de-identified minimum and maximum contract rate for each service. The information provided in the links below is intended to meet the requirements of the new CMS regulation. Actual charges on the final hospital bill, and corresponding patient out-of-pocket pricing, may vary for a variety of reasons which may include the patient's medical condition, additional tests or procedures, unknown circumstances or complications, final diagnosis, treatment ordered by the attending physician(s), and care received.

Please be advised that while we attempt to estimate the cost of care as accurately as possible, there may be significant variations between the estimate provided and the price reflected on your final bill.

The pricing only covers the specific service listed and provided through the hospital and may not provide pricing in situations where physicians who are not employed by Centura, but are involved in patient care, will have separate charges for certain services. Examples include: surgeons, Emergency Room physicians, hospitalists, anesthesiologists, pathologists, radiologists, nurse practitioners or other independent practitioners.  Please contact those practitioners directly for price information associated with  care and services received from them. Understand your bill.

If a patient has health insurance, the patient’s health insurance policy (including deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums) will apply and the amount the patient owes for health care services will depend on the patient’s insurance coverage. If you are covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your health insurer to determine accurate information about your financial responsibility for a particular health care services provided by Centura Health.  If a patient chooses not to utilize their insurance coverage and instead wishes to be considered a self-pay patient, the patient may request to have their insurance information removed from their patient record and must sign a waiver of insurance coverage. Centura Health provides uninsured patients with discounted rates for all medical bills. If you are not covered by health insurance, please contact our billing office at 800-953-0104 to discuss payment options prior to receiving health care services from Centura Health. Prices for health care services posted on this site may not reflect the actual amount of your financial responsibility. Centura Health also offers financial assistance to patients who are uninsured.
